You'd better check if the Y endstop(the two ends) has no a good connection to the board and the connector.

If it still exists after that, you can swap Y endstop with X/Z endstop to check if it is broken...

Hello Jauffrey,
What exactly do you mean?
The Y endstop doesn't work or the Y_min slot doesn't work?

The y min slot on the board doesn't work, the endstop work perfectly

You can try swapping the pins of Y_min with the pins of Y_max,refer to this:

i try to swap the Y MIN with the Y max , the card reconize the endstop but the Y motor still not stop when the the Y endstop is hit, i try swap the pololu a4988 with an orther and still do the same error and the endstop is good

i thinks the problem came from the GT2560 board

I mean you can exchange the pins setting about Y_min and Y_max slots in the firmware:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=18020
Upload the firmware modified for you and plug Y endstop to Y_max slot on the board to see how it works:

That's so weird...
The Y_max slot was broken too?
You can try swapping the pin of Y_min with Z_max/X_max in the firmware like the post i attach to you:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=18020
And see if there is a difference.
