Got a prusa i3 pro b but have some issues. Most I can manage but one problem bugging me is the extruder.
When not printing and testing flow it goes great but when printing g starts extruder flow is poor and juddering.
Any ideas.

Re: Prusa i3 pro b extrusion problem
You can remove the fan on the extruder to check if the extruder motor works normally when printing.
