Maybe the extruder temperature is not stable when printing...
Or the thermistor inside it is not tight enough?

So strange...
Did you print in PLA?
If you did,the temperature is too high for it.
You can try heating up your extruder to its original temperature(190-210) then extrude the filament with your hand to see if it can come out smoothly...
I'm suspecting the hotend may have a clogging issue or the filament has a problem...Did you change your filament before this happened?

Yes, im sure is pla its many days ago i print pla and abs with good temps, now i must put 260 for pla in slow print speed to print correctly, when i put 190-210° with pla the filament is not enouth "liquid" to go out correctly of the nozzle, and extruder do clack clack because the filament don't go out correctly

If you have printed in PLA and ABS,i guess maybe the nozzle or the hotend is not in the good condition as they used to be..
Maybe something wrong with them. You can have a check on them.
