Hot Bed temp stuck on 120º

Hi all,

Sorry if this case has been studied here before but after searching for a while I couldn't find a possible solution to what's happening to my GT2560.

The question is that since yesterday the hot bed temp is stuck at 121º/0º even when the room temperature is warm or cold. For example, the extruder sensor says that my room temp now is 15º but the hot bed is always 121º...

I have short cutted the thermistor and it shows 358/0 as suggested on other post to be OK, but I can not find anyone with this issue.

I hope someone could help me on this!!!

Bad thermistor?

If I remove the thermistor the temp still marking 120-121...

I'm trying to update firmware with no luck at the moment...
