You can find them on eg. Aliexpress or eBay by searching "Bushing Axle Shaft Sleeve". Just make sure you get the 8mm ones.

Thanks, finally I contacted after sales. They sent to me some locking ring.
Next time, I will see on AliExpress because they are cheaper.
