GT2560 3week all ok after install dl levelling bord crasht

my bord are defeckt the motor in z are not 12 volt is on kabel 1 and 2 nothing volt and kabl 3 and 4 iss 6,8 volt all other motors are 12 volts
i dont now wat i can do Please help
