extruder eating right away G2S pro

I just finished building my Delta Rostock mini G2S pro.
When I power up my printer, the hot end (the nose)#2 is starting eating right away, without asking, event if it's not plugged into the computer.

I cannot continue calibrating my printer until it's fixed, because, after 2 minutes, It's starting to smell weird.

Please help me
