Rostock 301 Help!

Im sorry if this is already out there but i need some help with setting up the newly installed 1.0.02 firmwere on the Rostock 301 I need some pointer's on working out the setting for the motion and the delta settings

I have the diagnol rod set at 200 which is what i measured them tobe and carriage offs at 33 and build radius set to 100mm and when ever i set the hot end a sheet of paper from the bed at the X Y and Rear pillars the head is always to high from the bed or to low i have the Bed level and the end stops screws i have adjusted but still having no luck Really want this to print but carnt afford to buy a different printer i have watched a few youtube videos on how to set the printer up but im not getting any closer to it being the correct height in the three points and the center

Any help appriciated !!

1. You have to upload the firmware with EasyPrint 3d.

2.About the bed leveling, you should know something.
Make sure the bed is level.
Use the LCD function printer settings to change the Z max value to a right height and make the nozzle and the bed distance is the thickness of a paper.
Then move the nozzle to 2 3 4 point.
When the nozzle move to the 2 3 4 point and continue to move the 2 3 4 point to Z 0, if the nozzle has touched the bed, The moving path is convex surface.So you should increase the Delta Radius.

If it not touch the bed, the moving path is concave. So you should reduce the Delta Radius.

thank you for your reply, i have done as you have said above about 20+ times to the thickness of a sheet of paper and when ever i start a print the head rubs on the bed and the bed is level and the stepper motors and belts dont skip and i have stored to memmory when i have changed settings etc....
