Stackexchange + Wiki instead of the forum

I would like to suggest you to switch from forum to stackexchange style platform. I think that will solve many issues. People complained about the spam but having to approve posts manually is also a lot of work for you. Maybe, stackexchange-like platform is more suitable. And wiki may be updated accordingly to answer commonly arising questions. This may reduce your workload, while providing better help for users.
