I bought in ebay

today I received the kit, I need technical support

I tried to run the tutorial in this link:

I connect everything as required, the red LED on the TTL module is on steady, the red LED on the other board flashes continuously
I connect the USB to TTL module to the PC to detect the com port

I use windows 10 ... the system detects the connection of the device to the com5 but with an error "Can not start the device. (Code 10) - A non-existent device was specified."

configuring accessport, the device is not detected

What should I do to get it detected by the computer?

in the pdf manual it does not specify anything

I await instructions or tutorials for the operation
