firmware does not upload

Hi first of all I am a total beginner so please dont hate mee.

I could not get the LCD running so i thought it is a software issue. I wanted ti reupload the firmware but I get this error:

I took the firmaware from here for my prusa i3 pro b printer: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=17046 ( the first in the section Firmware for I3 pro&proB)

What should I do should I get a new LCD display.

Try to upload it via Arduino 1.0.1
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
