Hi,
i tried to update the firmware via EasyPrint on pc following the instructions of a tutorial on youtube by Geeetech.
During the process the update stopped with the message:"Update Failed", now the printer is stuck and i can't use it. From the display i can access to everything but the settings panel, so i can't reset the printer to the factory settings. Is there a way to fix it?

You can to use this method to update the firmware:

If the display still unnormal, the files in SD card for LCD might broken, you can repair it follow this:

I fixed it temporally by small welding at mycoles login, but I would like to get a new intact cable on mythdhr login.

If you're encountering this problem, the easiest fix is to roll back the latest Windows update. To do this, open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View Update History > Uninstall Updates > Uninstall, or remove the patch manually in Command Prompt. Some Reddit users confirmed that this fixed their problem.
