A10M - freshly assembled, turns on, all LCD symbols solid

I received my A10M, assembled it and when I plug it in and turn it on, the fans spin, a couple red LED's come on on the unit itself, but the screen is lit up with all symbols filled in and doesn't appear to be responsive. I don't know if it has a beeper but pressing the button or turning the wheel does nothing
I've tried turning it off and on a few times, always the same. I tried reconnecting the LCD cable a few times, it's firmly in and connected. I had a quick look at the board I can't see anything obvious. I connected the 3D Touch and that cycles a couple times on first startup, dunno if that says anything
Anyone know whats going on?

Hello.
You should load the firmware.
But please don't ask what where and how, just start reading the forum.

So it doesn't come with firmware out of the box?

I get the same thing bootloader corrupted on me.
I agree with this opinion.
After the firmware has been loaded correctly, everything should work as it should.
I mean: application program + bootloader.

Looks like a fried bootloader to me. Had the same issue on my Anet A8. Try this
