extruder Extension Board diagram

I think i have broken my Extension Board

.

The PWM Pins for the Fan has 24V but the DC pinout not. And my BLTouch stopped working.

Can i have the the diagram / layout of the Board for my trouble shooting

I think I short-circuited this circuit board by modifying the Hotend
