X OR Y NOT MOVING

Post by papa3110 »

I don't know what I did but this is just not working. I have had a ROBO 3D for four years now and I thought I was familiar with 3d Printers and slicing software.If I try and print from the PC or the SD card it is setting the Z ( I have the BTL installed ) the starts to heat the bed once the bed is at temp it starts to heat the extruder. So far so good. Then is very slowly greps to the X and Y stops. When the extruder reaches temp it just sits in the stops and extrudes plastic . If I try and move the X from the PC manually it won't move the Y will let me move it one time in the positive direction. I can move the X and Y from the control on the printer. If this was really tested before it was shipped then I hooked some thing up very wrong, Can anyone help me.
Thanks

Hi,you can 1. Check if the motor wiring is correct;
2. Adjust the driver board voltage (0.8-1.2V), increase the voltage clockwise, and reduce the voltage counterclockwise.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
