El problema es que esta deshabilitado el usb y no muestra en administrador de dispositivos el driver a instalar, al comienzo cuando la conecte a la computadora hechaba chispas al tocar el conector en la salida usb, luego se apaga la impresora A20 cuando intentaba conectarla. En este momento la impresora solo funciona con la tarjeta SD, la compre hace menos de un mes por eBay a un vendedor oficial de geentech.
Un detalle es que la impresora la puse a funcionar electricamente en 120 moviendo el switch que trae la maquina.

adjunto imágenes, yo cambie al botón rojo de la fuente antes de encenderla por primera vez a 115 que es la correspondiente a la salida eléctrica que tengo, algo mas tengo que cambiarle en la maquina, podría usted mostrarme?
Cuando trato de instalar el driver no lo instala ya que no reconoce el USB. La impresora trabaja bien solamente mediante la tarjeta SD. Hasta el momento he probado conectar el USB en 4 computadoras diferentes con el mismo resultado.
