In your case, he proposes two things:

1. check if the bowden tube is pushed down to the very end of the throat (it must be evenly cut),
2. conduct a test in which you will use the black filament in both extruders
   and then another white one.

For easy control, draw a line at equal intervals on each filament.


I can guess that the filament used is causing problems.
