Ok so I brought the E180 mini as it says it has WiFi and app to print from. This is why I brought it but that feature doesn’t seem to work?, Is this false advertisement or can it actually work?.

My problems:
WiFi is just greyed out on my screen
It says my serial number is not recognised

Possible to fix?

Hi,Are you referring to the fact that the wifi function is not available on the display?
If it is grayed out, this feature may not be available.

You can use the WIFI module to control the printer,
Regarding the serial number you did not recognize, does it mean that the serial number on the wifi module is incorrect?
Can you elaborate more so that we can better solve the problem.

Some more information;

Yes, the WiFi button on the screen is grayed out.

Hmm, I brought this 3d printer as it specifically said in the description it has WiFi. So is the WiFi module a seperate purchase?, If so then mine should have come with it as it stated it worked via WiFi and an app and even says with WiFi on receipt. So I guess I'm here now to see if I actually got what I payed for?.

The serial number I mention is the serial number on the machine itself. I tried to link it via the app and it said it wasn’t recognised.

Edit: if this machine is capable of WiFi via a module, where is the best place to buy one?. Not sure I can be bothered to send it all back now I have it set up 🤨 (England)

Does not have this function,

If you want to use this function, you can use WIFI module,
What you need to enter before using Easy print APP for configuration is the serial number on the WiFi module.
