here is my second post in no time

I am testing the A20T and through Cura I have generated a file to be printed in a single color. To do this I thought it was necessary to disable the nozzles that were not interested. Unfortunately, when I passed the file to the printer, the printer set a default mixing for all the loaded colors.
I have seen that through the display it is possible to intervene in the printing phase of the arrangement and make it print with a single color.
But I wonder, the operation done with Cura should not work as well since I have disabled the nozzles not interested? Maybe something wrong or do you recommend using another software to be able to print with a single filament and not have a mix of colors?
Thank you
