Calibration Error Help Coronavirus

Post by LoxlyStorm »

Hello,

We are printing FaceMasks for hospitals. I am getting the following disadjustment on them, attach picture.
As am not used to print in my 3D, I do not want to touch if I am not sure it will improve the printing.

Could some one please help me to adjust X Y axis ( I think it is the problem)

Best regards

Hi, Is your print model too big,
Beyond the print range,
Before printing, you need to level the hot bed.
The distance between the nozzle and the hot bed is a sheet of leveling paper.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)

-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

Dear William,

The model is big but I have no error to be out of range.
Yes, I calibrate with a paper and hot bed is ok, it prints good.
But it seems that X axis and Y axis is not well adjusted because curve is different in each side.
As you can see in the image.
Any idea?
