Unable to update firmware

Hi all,

I finished assembling the Pro W and I am trying to use EasyPrint to update the firmware. However, it is stuck at "Updating mainboard"

Here, I can see EasyPrint connecting to printer just fine:


However, when I go to "Help" then "Firmware Upgrador" and select "Update" it is stuck on this screen:

Hi，is your problem solved? You can re-burn the firmware to try.

No issue is not solved still stuck at same place. How do you reburn firmware?

No problem is always solved by standing in the same place. How does firmware come back?
