Problem with load the filament

hello

i have new the i3 pro w. i have problems with load the filamen (PLA).

i have used the function preheat PLA and wait thas the nozzle has reacht the 210°C.
i has the put in the filament manualy, then i use under move axis-> move 1mm -> Extruder in +

but the filament comes not out at the nozzle and the filament does not feed.

please help

Hallo, bitte versuchen Sie 10mm oder 100mm zu extrudieren. Oder vielleicht ist Ihre Extruderschraube zu fest, bitte versuchen Sie, die Schraubenfeder zu lösen.
Wenn Sie es immer noch nicht lösen können, versuchen Sie, das heiße Ende mit einem Filament zu reinigen, das möglicherweise blockiert ist.
