Can someone tell me what needs adjusting and why it happened.?

Also after cooling off, the model will not come off the table.

Hello, are you M series or T series printer? Whether the other extruder also put consumables, this is the test file printed by the dual extruder, you may not put consumables.

This is A10M

I used one roll of filament, on E1.

The issue is I printed again and the same problem. The top of the DOG is garbage.
