The Spirit Airlines cancellation policy states that any passenger making a booking can cancel his/her ticket within 24 hours of making reservations and ask for a full refund considering your flight does not leave within 7 days.

Even though the Spirit flights are non-refundable there are still ways that exist by which you can ask for a refund from Spirit Airlines.
