I found the problem and was able to fix it.
I checked some pictures of the MK8 and saw that my fan was installed incorrectly, it had the fan blowing out instead of into the extruder.

Re: Firmware request
I'm encountering a similar problem after uploading ' #define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 170" to the board. I think I also need to flash the board with the original firmware.

Firmware crash after attempted fix
I'm have a i3 c with GT2560 board
My original problem is the extruder motor not turning and I read that I could fix it using ardruino firmware software.
I sent this code to the firmware
#define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 170
after this the LCD only shows black boxes across 2 rows.

Re: PCB Fan blowing through heat bed
I start printing with heat bed temperature of 93 to 95, giving it time to spread the heat to at least 90 across the bed. I have no problems with other corners/sides of the bed, only that corner/side.

Re: PCB Fan blowing through heat bed
I did another try with multiple objects and I just found out that the PCB wasn't causing the problem. If the print takes too long, around more than 2 hours, the print on the left side (near PCB) will lose traction with the bed and warp. It only happens to that part of the bed though.

Re: PCB Fan blowing through heat bed
Picture attached. I tried printing another wide object, and it warped again on the side near the fan, even though it was far from the corner or the side of the heatbed.
The bed is leveled and I'm using kapton tape with hairspray. All prints are fine except for anything near that side. The skirt ...

PCB Fan blowing through heat bed
The Controller Board fan is blowing through the corner on the X-0 axis and until halfway through the Y-axis to the end. This is causing prints that are located on that corner to warp terribly since the air is rapidly cooling the prints.
