what kind of wiring are you using ? If you are using that Dupont connector type of connector on the end that could be the problem as there not very secure and if one contact is bad it could cause intermittent contact problems .

Hi,
The X axis has some "jettirng" effect when coming back to HOME position! it goes to right smoothly, but when it go back to the left it jeters and that effect the printing and through the extruder carriage off the printing path!
I connected the other motors to see if there is something wrong ...

The X axis from "Control Board" does not give a constant signal to the stepper motor! the motor " Jettiring" I try to connect other motors to the same output, and all the motors did the same thing! So, the issue is not from the motors. it's from the BOARD!
What should i do?
