Re: Under extrusion

They do look like a lot better quality extruder but I really hate to put more money into something that is still under warranty and I also didn’t think that this could be the issue since I started having problems with both extruders at the same time, I figured if it was the extruder that I would at ...

X,Y,Z,E Steps

What should the steps be for each axis on the A20M? I am just wanting to check mine to see if they have been changed.

Under extrusion

I can not get this dialed in. I am getting good prints in the beginning layers and then it starts to under extrude "I assume" about 6-10mm into the print. I have just replaced a new hot end with new nozzle and still get the same results. I am printing PLA at 205, have the esteps set to 430 "which ...

Re: possible under extrusion

Thanks, I will give that a try. I have tried both extruders and still the same results but I haven't tried to clear the hot end yet.

possible under extrusion

I feel this is under extrusion but I cant fix it. I am using pla and in the pic the dog on the left is the original that I printed when I got my printer and it was at 205 degrees. I have tried
1. cleaning my nozzle and even replaced it
2. making sure tube is not obstructed
3. feed gear is plenty ...
