one of the mosfet's on my board has been cooked.

can anyone tell me what the model number is so i can solder a new one in. im not well versed in electronics but i do dabble and have what i need to have a got at the tiny component.

is it the same type of mosfet in the pwm circuit? i could ...

Hi, I had the same issue.

Things that helped me
- clean the screw and vertical bar.
- Check the vertical distance from the bottom between both sides with a digital caliper (as you have been doing)
- 3-in-1 oil the screw and bar on both sides so its lubricated to reduce friction. This made a ...

Quick follow up on this thread. I spent a lot of time at the end of March (2021) on this and achieved success.

I now have Marlin 2.0.7.2 running with a BLTouch clone sensor working on my Pro C Dual and getting decent results.
The process is not for the faint of heart, but is achievable.

Hi, theres lots of posts on extruder issues with ticking or clicking. They can be fixed.

I didnt get the touch sensor working yet, however you will find the missing pin needs to be soldered on.

In the guide it says:

I have a home built Geetech I3 Pro C Dual extruder with various modifications to the extruder.
Software:
Repitier Host 2.1.6
Slicer 1.3.0
Arduiono IDE 1.8.13 (Win Store 1.8.42)
