GT2560 rev a+ FAN1 2 AND 3 NOT WORKING, MOSFET COOKED

Hello,
one of the mosfet's on my board has been cooked.

can anyone tell me what the model number is so i can solder a new one in. im not well versed in electronics but i do dabble and have what i need to have a got at the tiny component.

is it the same type of mosfet in the pwm circuit? i could never get that to work so intending to test it.
