2ng Extruder not working

I just purchase a dual extruder A10, but only one extruder works when attempting to load filament. Switching the cable from extruder 1 to 2, will cause extruder 2 to work, but only one. What's causing this problem?

Hi, Maybe you need a new extruder line.
