A 10 wheels

Post by Adriano »

Hello , i noticed one of the 3 wheels on the right side of the X carriage isn't touching the frame at all. I think there's 1 or 2mm gap . I never fixed any nut since i got the printer and printed parts are great but ..have one of 3 wheels loose isn't good me think. Any suggestion about how to fix please ?
A clarify picture on attachment.

Hello,
the wheel is tight but distant from the frame...seems the end plate isn't straight but little "oblique" . I'll have to see if i can put it more close to the frame ...i see there's just one screw to do so but i'm asking if this the right way to do so :)

Hi, You can check if the bearing wheel and the slide rail match,
if it does not match, you can replace it.

If there is a gap in the middle,
you can try to loosen the bearing wheel
and then screw it to the appropriate position and then tighten it.
