A10 Weird noises and printing problems

Hello,

i got this 3d printer new of amazon. After i set it up it started making weird noises during the print and the stepper which drives the filament sometimes skips. And it sometimes scratches the print a little while moving.

Hi,You can check if your bearing or pulley is carded.
The lubricating oil can be added.
