However I would like to explain my situation. A little over a year ago I purchased my Geeetech A20M 3D printer. When I first received it and put it together, it worked great; my students and I love it. Approximately six month later, I developed a clogged and proceeded to remove the nozzle. In the middle of changing my nozzle, there was an electrical short, and I destroyed my controller card. I purchased a control card, and transferred the stepper motor modules to the new board. I moved one marcher at a time, placing it in the same spot on the new board. After I got everything back together, I turned it on and the hot end clogged immediately. I took the hot end part, to discover that the clog was in the heat break. I cleaned the heat break, and it clogged again. If I hand feed the hot end, filament will come out of the nozzle. When I start a print job, it clogs up.
I ordered a new two in one hot end unit. It does the same thing. I really like my printer, but I cannot get it to work. Please help me, I do not know what to do, I do not want to throw my machine away if I can get it working. I Ordered a new 2 in 1 hot end unit, on 16 April 2020. I can't wait to get it, but I am afraid that I will get the same results. I will be glad to look at the video, that you suggest. How ever, do you offer any other suggestions?
Please and thank you.
