A10 Broke please help :'(

My A10 broke when i tried to update the firmware and the cable came unplugged.

There is a constant beeping sound when the printer is powered on.
The LCD has 2 rows of black squares and 2 rows empty

The gt2560 v3 Motherboard has the 3 correct red leds showing but it also has an led above the second extruder port showing, ive not got a clue why.

i have tried to reload the firmwire but i get the avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout error.
I have reflashed the bootloader with an arduino uno and that has said it worked.
I have used the ardunio uno as a programmer with a "success" message but no change.
I have updated the USB drivers and theres no change their either.

Any help would be so very much appreciated.
