Axis Position Incorrect

I am trying to run my printer for the first time and seems that I have all my Axis' calibrated to the wrong positions. When I try to print a project that is in the middle of the heat bed my nozzle is all the way over on the right side of the x axis, my heat bed is at the right side corner, and my nozzle is about 7 inches above the heat bed... clearly I need to calibrate this but not sure where to really start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone could tell me how to make the gap between the filament gears wider that would be awesome too... Thanks!

You should let all the axis be home before printing.
Rotate the screw on the top of extruder clockwise, that screw is across to a spring.
