failed 2004a lcd

Hi, I got problem with my 2004a lcd supplied along with the kit, it was only showing 5 x 2 on top left side only, and the rest didn't show up. After some time, there are no more character shown on the lcd panel. I tried to adjust the potentiometer at the back, shows nothing, considering that the potentiometer is an infinitely spinning pots. Swapping cable didn't give me solution, using other cable also didn't work, tried on other electronic, it didn't show up as well. Here is the picture below about the initial start of the lcd.

I believe the supplied lcd were faulty as well as my electronic too in other threads. Now I got the electronic replacement but the lcd has failed

Do you have other printer? If you have, plug the LCD to other mainboard to check if the LCD is faulty.

I don't have other printer, only spare board. Even with the lcd panel plugged to my spare board it didn't show anything, same goes when adjusting the infinite pots

Yes it is, I bought my printer through an agent in china in aliexpress, I believe she already sent the video regarding this lcd that i sent to her few days before I started this topic as well as the wobbling issue.

My printer is inefficient as I have to print through my pc but I can't do much on my pc especially doing some cpu intensive task because it will disrupt my printing

I think you can get a replacement if you use it not for so long time.
