From home to 200, but X axis only moved 100
Re: From home to 200, but X axis only moved 100
ok I will try that.
But what can 1/32 be used for
The reason I did this was because the manual- Page 55
"Step1. The subdivision of stepper motor can be setup by dial switch, turn on all the
dial switch"
Then on page 58 it says "For your convenience, the above two steps is finished by us. you can skip them."
So maybe the manual can clarify for DRV to be on 1/16
Thank you!!!

Because we send A4988 as driver to our customers usually, so all the switch should be turned on.

But you know one of the plastic piece came loose when switching it to the off position...
I don't think super glue can fix it.
Would a fix be to solder a new module on it?

You can control the motors by Repetier-Host. After moving to the max position, you can see if they are at the center or max position.
Re: From home to 200, but X axis only moved 100
ohh thats a stupid question..
But the problem is resolved.
Y axis moves all the way to the end.
But in the future if I want to change the piece...because I am sort of a perfectionist..
can you link me to the part I would have to solder on
or perhaps customer service can send me one. The package would be very light

But I still have the issue where when I heat the extruder and heat bed the motors do not move smoothly (I had another topic started)
The motors move smoothly when I have the exturder and heat bed off. It is very puzzling

Connect these 2 pins if you want to turn switch No.2 on. As you can see in the picture:

Ok. That could work.
