It seems that the distance between the nozzle and hot bed is not low enough, 2 pieces of paper is the best.
You can smear a layer of glue to make the filament stick to bed.

ok i tried all of that but still all of the pla exiting the nozzle just get stuck on it and it gets clocked and just goes on moving and and nothing prints
At the start of the print it prints right for about a line the that line just get pulled by the nozzle and jaming itself
and before hitting start when the printer is at home position it just keep getting pla out of it when i heat the nozzle

According to your description, the nozzle is not jammed. It is not problem that when you are heating the pla getting out of nozzle.
There are some reasons may cause this problem.
1. The extruding tension is not proper. Please rotate the screw across spring in extruder clockwise.
2. The power for extruder motor is not high enough, please rotate the screw on extruder motor driver, to let the voltage between the screw and GND is more than 1V. (You should confirm the extruder motor dirver is fine by having the extruder motor moved without filament).
3. The slicer setting is not so good, you can refer to this page to set it:

ok i tries your instructions and got good results but on small calibration prints as a box or a star but when i tried to print a bigger model it didn't go smooth
there is a problem with the nozzle again it just keep pulling the pla to it so it just gets stuck on the exit of the nozzle
is this related to the heat of the extruder or what i heat it up to 200 bed to 90 and i use glue now but i must apply for each print is the tempratures wrong or something

Unzip the file. The slicer setting I give you is good enough, please try it.
