gt2560 on usb

hi,don't be afraid to connect the gt2560 to printer,if you do not do the troubleshooting as i say,i could not judge which part goes wrong.you just follow the assemble intrustion to finish the installation.please send the screenshot of device manager when connecting the usb com.i want to check whether the usb port is connected successfully without hint.thx.

i also forgot to mention that my lcd are dead and rendered useless. None of the agent and your side has given me any help regarding my lcd. I will post video about connecting the board to the usb without psu

hi,i see the video.the usb did not connect to the PC successfully. i suggest you do the following step.if it doesn't work,please contact the customer.thx.
1.the usb wire in the video is not orginal one.please use new usb wire to test.our factory usb wire is sivel and long wire.
2.Regarding to LCD,did you connect the LCD to board.you can connect the power wire to the board and plug LED wire.
