How to measure and scale 3d model

I am using Dual Extruder Prusa i3 pro C.I import some obj file from online to Repetier-Host.
I don't know what is the height and width of that model.But i want to print exact 70 mm height
output.Please let me know how to measure and scale this?

hi,shiva .if you want to get the real size of model,you can use AUTO CAD to measure.and regarding to scale the size,please refer to the attached picture.
