SD Card Printing

Hi There,
I have the Aluminium Prusa I3 printer with Sanguinololu Controller. I'm having some problems getting the SD card reader to work. Could you advise if there's any limitations on the SC card slot. Eg:
* Max card size
* FAT type - FAT/FAT16/FAT32 etc
* Max filename length

When I insert the SD card, the controller can see the card ok, but doesn't display the files on the card. - Any Suggestions. Thanks

What's the file format you use? The printer only reads gcode files.
