Fixed my Z-Wobble, but now everything's crazy

After taking apart my I3 Pro B Acrylic and using these brackets: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:847561 I was able to almost completely remove all of my z-wobble, but now, suddenly, the 20mm test cube prints as a rectangle and off to the right of the center of the bed. I have used Slic3r, Cura and Simplify 3D to slice the cube (and even used several different models) all with the same result. What happened and how do I fix it? Thanks!

Does this ever happen before you use the bracket to fix your Z-wobble problem?
