Auto Leveling with a inductive sensor

Has anyone added an inductive sensor to there Delta Rostock mini G2s i have made the new platform and installed the sensor just not sure how to attach to the control board the only info i can find shows the RAMPS 1.4 board just not sure how to wire to the GT2560

where specifically i will connect the 12 v supply? is it on the GT2560 board or on the power supply?

Thank you for this diagram! Does this also apply to the Current Board of the A10? I think this is the "Rev.B" board.
