Auto leveling not working

I know you're supposed to auto level while at home but just to show you what it's doing I did it this way

Before you send G29, you need to home the printer first or you'll get those weird behaves!

I'm also having trouble getting my bot to autolevel. I've had it for 2 months and still haven't printed anything on it yet.

It seems like it thinks the printer is bigger than it actually is and tries to send the head outside the printable area.

Please help as I've been trying to resolve this for a long time now.

I suggest you skip the G29, delete it from the slic3r and start to print first, and when you have time you can test the G29 later.
Trust me, if all your other funhctions like homing and heating work well, without the G29 it will also work well, and the resolution is not that bad.
For the G29, you can check the endstop status as the link I said above, see if it can help you.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the reply. I understand that I can just remove the G29 from slicer and not do any auto-leveling BUT that is one of the reasons I chose this printer.
I just want the unit to work as it was sold to work. I've sent a few messages and videos to tech support with NO reply or assistance.
