The Good
1. The 8mm acrylic frame was excellent and well manufactured, and although some of the build instructions were a little difficult to follow due to all the parts being black and the video being difficult to read the assembly went fairly well. The supply of all screws, nuts, etc was excellent and the fact of having a few spares was appreciated.
2. Stepper motors are excellent, rods were nice and straight, lcd screen of good quality, aluminium bed excellent quality, timing belt quality and good length. And relatively easy to level the bed.
3. Mainboard is of excellent quality and combing the Ramps 1.4 board onto it is what sold my husband on your product.
The Bad
1. Linear Bearings - One of the bearings we received all the balls fell out due to not having any packing grease and the plastic channel inside was flawed, from what I have seen on forums and youtube videos this is a known problem and you should go back to your manufacturer and complain about quality control or find another manufacturer.
2. Power Supply - Severely underpowered, also a known problem and complaint. If people know that the power supply is better they would not have a complaint about paying a few dollars more for a better product. We have just bought a 30amp power supply from another supplier, something I am not impressed with.
The Ugly
Quality control and customer service on faulty parts. I do not pay good money for a product and when it is received faulty from the company they tell me that yes they can replace the part but it will cost me. I understand that this is delicate equipment and when in kit form people can make mistakes during assembly, but I do not expect to have to pay for new parts when the parts I was sent were faulty from the start.
We purchased this particular printer to try and start a small business and because of your lack of any kind of warranty on faulty parts I do not think we will be buying another printer from you. It is a shame that in every other aspect you have a solid product with first class electronics that is undermined by poor quality or underrated components. When I purchased this product I was looking for something that I could use to test and help me decide on the purchase of multiples from the same manufacturer. As it stands I am very hesitant to purchase any further products from yourselves and under these circumstances would not recommend this product to anyone else.
You have a product that is so close to ideal and for whatever reason your company appears to choose to ignore problems that could easily be corrected with minimal cost to yourselves and to your customers. It makes no good sense to lose a repeat customer or one who would recommend your product highly all for the cost of better bearings or a more suitable power supply. I find this a shame as overall you have a near perfect product.
The 3D printer market as you well know is highly competitive and your success really depends on making just a few small and inexpensive changes.

Re: Review I3 X
sorry for the bad parts and the trouble made to you! Usually if we have confirmed the bad parts and they are still in warranty we'll replace them for free.
And the bad bearings and PSU, we have already found another manufacturer these days, I think it will be better later.
We'll improve our product quality as much as we can and thanks again for your suggestion!
