Setting up auto bed levelling G2s Pro

I have built and calibrated manually the G2s Pro, printed a couple of products, but so far I have been unable to run the auto bed levelling.
I have the Geeetech version of Marlin and running through Repetier Host. I have the probe limit set on Z min to the to the GT2560 control board.
Do I need to make some changes in the Marlin Firmware? and what G codes do I need to run in order to use the auto bed levelling.
