Auto Homing Issues

Post by cyberbobcity »

Hey Everyone! I've scoured the forums but can't seem to find an answer to my issue.

All my motors move in the correct location and all of my endstop work just fine.

The problem I'm having is that auto home takes the nozzle too far to the left and front of the bed.

The Z-Axis has the adjustment screw so you can get it perfect, but the X any Y axis don't seem to have any way to adjust them.

I'm thinking since the Y access is at the back of the base, i just need to move the bolts so the base doesn't sit so far back behind the center frame. I haven't tried it yet but I think it will work.

But since the base sits in the center of the frame, there is no way to adjust the x access stop. Maybe I can screw something onto it to adjust it, but there doesn't seem to be anything in the build instructions relating to this.

Am I crazy?

I have the Geeetech Aluminum Prusa I3 3D Printer kit.

Thanks so much for any help you can provide.

Actually don't need to adjust the home position as long as your printer prints in the center of the bed. If you want to do this, adjust the settings here:
