M201 Bed Problem

Hello, i justr bought my M201. My problem is that when i power on the printer the bed start to heat up and it dosent stop until to unplug the printer from the socket. The extruder temp act normal to the limits and on/off but the bed doesnt. The thermistor is in the right connector. Any idea on how to solve this? Thank you

But note the voltage for your main power is 24V, for your main chip is 3.3V not 5V.

I found that the bed's mosfet is totally destroyed and the printer is brand new. Is there anyway to print without using the bed mosfet? just to hot the bed manual maybe? also i think that i have to clean the nozzle because i pushed some filament with my hand just because i want to see if it gets hot. Any idea? Thank you

I don't think this will work as you can not control the on/off, you can contact the sales to talk about this.
And the hotend, if it is not clogged, then no need to clean it.
