Not printing on bed

well, maybe give us your gcode file, a simple object or whatever, see if we can print it.

I have tried three prints ,one designed by me ,others downloaded from rhingmeverse , don't think sending them will help . Why are they showing on slicer up in the air ?

must be somewhere wrongly setted, can't remember such a setting...

the problem seems to be associated with slicr , it shows after slicing the model at the top of the printing area . on the you tube video there is a icon on object placement that is called drop object , i haven,t got this on mine ,but have the others eg scale ,mirror etc . any ideas please ?

you can use the other slicer software such as cura to check it. Or reinstall the repetier host to get a pure environment, see if it works.

Thanks Mark ,for your efforts tohelpme ,much appreciated . I have downloaded and tried cura and at last it's printing on the bed .produced a bit of a mess but at least it was trying to print ok .
I will now have to redo some settings and hopefully it will print ok .thanks again Brian
