Filament dose not stick to the bed?

Hi, all.
I just got a new toy, the Reprap Prusa I3 DIY 3D printer from ebay.
I'm using Cura, ABS filament and the set the temp at 240, bed at 60. I don't know why the filament not stick to the glass (bed), they just pop up and stick to the nozzle when printing? Thank you very much for any help.
